Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days within the UK. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Yes. You can return your bike within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Most electric bikes arrive 85–90% pre-assembled. Basic setup such as handlebars, pedals, and seat adjustment is usually required.
Currently, Biktron focuses on deliveries within the UK. International shipping may be added in the future.

Currently, privately owned electric scooters are not permitted on public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes. They are only legal on private land with the landowner’s permission.
Riders are advised to familiarize themselves with local laws and guidelines to avoid potential fines or penalties.
Electric Bikes (E-Bikes):
Electric bikes that meet UK government criteria (pedal-assisted, motor limited to 250W, and a maximum speed of 15.5 mph) are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs). These can be used on public roads and cycle lanes without a license, tax, or insurance.
Riders must be at least 14 years old to legally ride an EAPC in the UK.
