Shipping Information
- Fast UK delivery: Most bikes ship within 24–72 hours of purchase.
- Delivery time: Usually 3–7 working days depending on location.
- Free standard UK shipping on most bikes (some remote areas such as the Isle of Wight may have additional charges — contact us for details).
- Orders placed after 12 PM may ship the next working day.
- We use trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, Parcel Force, or Tuffnells — all fully tracked.
Order Tracking
Once your bike ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with rebooking instructions or collection details.
Important Notes
- If a delivery is attempted three times and is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to BikTron. Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.
- If an order is returned to us after failed deliveries and you choose not to re-ship, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping cost and any courier return fees.
- Collection from our warehouse may be possible by arrangement — contact us first to confirm.
