Shop confidently with our simple 14-day return and refund policy on all new electric bikes.

We want you to love your new e-bike. If it’s not the right fit, BikTron offers a smooth return process so you can shop without worry.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
  • The bike must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
  • Items returned without authorization may be refused and not eligible for a refund.
  • We cover return shipping for bikes that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For other returns (e.g., size/fit change of mind), the buyer may be responsible for shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@biktron.uk with your order number, reason for return, and (if possible) photos of the bike and packaging. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send return instructions or a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned bike, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or if deductions apply for damage or missing items.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we cover return shipping and issue a full refund including standard delivery cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size/model ordered), the buyer covers return shipping and original delivery charges are not refunded.

Important Notes

  • Keep your proof of shipment and tracking details until your refund is confirmed.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Used bikes, bikes with customer-caused damage, or bikes returned outside the 14-day window may not qualify for a full refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@biktron.uk. Orders that haven’t shipped can usually be cancelled and fully refunded. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives by following the process above.
