Our terms of sale to ensure safe, fair, and trusted e-bike shopping.

These Terms & Conditions explain how BikTron operates as an online electric bike store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Payments

• Your order is confirmed when payment is received and approved. At that point, a binding contract is created between you and BikTron.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (on request).
• All prices shown on biktron.uk include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
• If we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to stock issues or a pricing error), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping

• We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using trusted couriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and Parcel Force.
• Most orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Delivery time is typically 3–7 working days.
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
• If a delivery fails after three attempts and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

3. Returns & Refunds

• You have a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your bike. Contact us first to arrange authorization and return instructions.
• Bikes must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged with all accessories and manuals included.
• Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item. We may deduct amounts if the product is used, damaged, or missing parts.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we cover return shipping and provide a full refund. If returning for other reasons (change of mind, incorrect size/model ordered), you may be responsible for shipping costs.

4. Product Information

• We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors, finishes, and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or screen displays.
• All bikes come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty where applicable. Please refer to the product page or contact us for warranty details.

5. Liability

BikTron is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, severe weather, or import delays). We only supply products for personal, non-commercial use. BikTron is not liable for business losses including loss of profit or opportunity.

6. Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@biktron.uk.
• Orders not yet shipped can usually be cancelled for a full refund.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned once delivered (see Section 3).

7. Your Legal Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You are entitled to products that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
